Hi Warren, For me, one of the most important aspects to maintaining a creative and productive working environment. is in creating a great working culture. Google, Facebook and others are brilliant in this regard. While most small business owners can't provide their employees with what these companies do, they can still strive to build a unique culture within their organisation. You wan't people to feel like this is more than a job, they should also feel like they belong to something special?
