I am so glad that I found this very timely post for busy people, especially the Entrepreneurs!.
I am following some of the tips mentioned in it, but many are yet to try. thanks for this reminder.
Point #13. Take a Power Nap is one of the important ones in this list we need to look into very seriously.
This is no doubt one of the best relaxation tips for busy people. Of course one needs to find time for this.
