There is a structural change in how we do business. Apparently 2 billion jobs will be lost by 2030.Is employing people becoming a thing of the past? Do you believe self employment is the way of the future?

Agree with you IntelBoutique. But will there be a choice of becoming self employed or an independent contractor? The alternative may be unemployment:-)

The number of entrepreneurs and business owners will increase as people searching for career satisfaction and opportunities, but not everyone will be willing to take the leap of faith to realize their bigger dreams.

Glad you like my article "BizRock". Just don't forget that the majority of human beings don't have an entrepreneurial mind. But they will still have to support themselves running a business. It's just a question of how long it will take before employment is almost a thing of the past. And how about retarded and handicapped people? It's more complicated than it sounds.
