The first thing to realise is this: Stress is not a disease.
Stress is the cause of adaptive change.

If there is no stress, then that causes a loss of ability.
Nature’s law is: use it or lose it.

If you stress a muscle it gets stronger, not weaker.
So pressure is good: BUT ONLY IF it is managed.
