I have seen these in one form or the other in many situations. Points 3 and 4 are really important in my mind. You have to appreciate the contribution made by team members and celebrate small victories. The appreciation doesn't have to be in the form of cash bonus. Just saying Thank You sincerely can go a long way towards your employee loving you.
