Some people just aren’t employee material. As a manager you really shouldn’t have any qualms about getting rid of those who disrupt what you are trying to accomplish. All people you don’t need to keep on for any reason. But there’s a few others that need handling too.

Interesting title and even more interesting article. I liked how you honed in on each type of employee and explained what kind they are and why the should be let go. I especially dislike the "baby" and "joy sponge" employee. They really don't have a spot in my work place. Thanks for sharing this with us.
