Nice compilation of qualities. I particularly liked the fact that you put attitude at the top of the list. This is the most important quality to look for in any new hire. You can teach someone with good attitude the skills he lacks, but not the other way round. I would also include team player in the list. I don't want to hire anyone who is great on his own, but refuses to work with others.
