If you want to improve your organisational results, you can only do that by improving the performance of the people who work there. If you improve staff performance, then organisational results will improve. If you don’t improve the performance of the staff, then the results won’t get any better.
Results flow from staff performance.
It follows that you should train your staff in order that they have the better skills and knowledge, and work habits that will lead to an improvement in results.
