I'm wondering whether you or Joy could chime in here with some advice for marketers who are afraid this might indeed be the problem but just aren't sure. What can you do to check yourself and be sure you're not just deluding yourself in this department? Is there a way to collect feedback from your customers, for example -- I mean, of course, beyond the fact that they're not responding -- to isolate whether this is the problem or something else?
