99.9% of the staff there were great.

And the experience is still something my little girls talk about now 2 months later.

With my business head on I found it an interesting lesson.

Will my dad head on I was happy they were like that as we got the last table.

So silver lining to this particular cloud for me.

Paul - Interesing experience. I have found Disney to be one of the most customer centric companies. I am surpirsed by the treatment those ladies gave to other customers. Of course, what they were selling was not lunch, but the experience that you described. I guess someone forgot to mention it to them.
