Really enjoyed the podcast. Small businesses, whether those starting out or more mature firms, ignore customer feedback at their own risk. It's easy to either feel bad about someone not liking your product or get defensive. What you really need to do is figure out how to incorporate what they're saying into the process of making your business better.
