Brilliant post! Absolutely unbelievable. This is definitely going to "go viral" and the damage done will be irreversable! They say any P.R. is good P.R.? Not in this case! Thanks for a great and insightful look at how not to treat customers...and I'm sure we'll be hearing more about this.
