The name Murray Group Insurance and Financial Services changes the perception of our agency (Murray is the Principal's family name). Granted we need to maintain the same quality service, products and professionalism as we grow that have been the foundation of our agency for the last 37 years in order to retain our quality reputation. But in any business where selling is important (think every business) a prospect's initial impression is important.
