Women certainly have suffered this over the long years, but they're not alone (thank you for mentioning the "stupid husband" commercials).
For anti-male ads, the sports beer commercials are the bottom of the barrel for me (mindless men very insecure about their manhood - maybe a more "manly" beer is their "real" problem - or, maybe it's the 12-pack they've already quaffed?).
