Another great post on getting the right kind of advertising for your business. It can be really critical to get what you want and not just leave things to a hired advertising team. Unless, of course, your plan is to hire a genius whose work you love and give them complete freedom. This is a rare scenario, however, and I think you're usually better off starting with an idea of your own and getting the advertising team on board.
