Thanks for commenting! There's an old saying that "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em." Sometimes with competitors, the effort in competing is so great and exhausting that it's easier to form an illaince or merge companies. Competition can be good, though I'm glad my fightin' days are long, long since finished!

You are right about competitors. Sometimes we forget that our competitors can be good for our business as you described above. If you think about it industry lobbies that work for all businesses are actually made up of firms competing against each other in the market. Great post Yoni.
