Lyceum: Thank you for the link to your post -- Yes, I have noted the significantly skewed status of that ratio. That, as one of numerous other curious anomalies in current global money and economic conditions, should cause entrepreneurs big and small to be wary of the potential for cascading macroeconomic adversities impacting their businesses. Small business owners in particular would be well advised to remain vigilant, cautious and nimble in the financial management and planning for their companies.

Lou Simek: Thanks for showing how to calculate the true value of your time as a business owner. I have written a post, declaring that I want to get paid in fine silver (1000 grams for a half-day / 4 hours of effective working time). So, today's price would be $554 for a half-day / 138.50 per hour.

Lyceum: Thank you for a most interesting take on valuing an hour of your time. Once silver is allowed to find its true price equilibrium, I think you will be happily adjusting your hourly rate much higher! Please direct me to your post on the subject as I would enjoy reading it.
