Momentum is an app for check-mark your different habits over time.
Have you find a way of doing a weekly review of your projects and to-do activities, in a timely fashion?

Do you want to share your thinking regarding a 3-month and a 12-month plan? How do you connect them with the daily to-do activities and weekly reviews?
Talking about habit creation, have you heard about the app, Momentum?

It's pretty straightforward, really - I put them into action by having a to-do list (I use 3 columns: To do/doing/done) for the day/week (I use Trello)
Momentum - I've heard about it, but haven't tried it. Quite similar to Trello, in a sense...
