Is there an "ideal" age to do a startup? Not really-- both age and youth have there pros and cons. Without question it is easier to pull off the time demands of a startup when completely unencumbered, but age brings wisdom that youth lacks.

AnnMarie - Congratulations on taking entrepreneurial plunge without worrying about the age. I agree with you completely. Age doesn't really matter when it comes to starting a business. In fact, I would argue that age can work in your favor in many cases as a result of experience and knowledge you have gained.
