@Cindy I absolutely agree. I talk to so many people who operate under the business model of "if you build it profits will come", unfortunately that's not usually the case.

I also liked the tip on being very clear on how you will make profits. It's something I notice people becoming fuzzy about and I think this helps to stay focused.
