This is a great article, Nille.

I'm guilty of quite a few of these things. I'm a consistent email checker. I try to limit the amount of times I check my email per day. Or at least put off responding to those until the designated times.

I'm also horrible at delegation. I have that nagging feeling that if I want something done right, I need to do it myself. I know that puts more work on me and I've been trying to work on getting better at "letting go".

Thanks for taking the time to write up this article and sharing it with us on BizSugar. I look forward to seeing more of your content there. :)

Nellie: Thanks for sharing ways on how to become a better entrepreneur! I know that I have to cut down on "busy work," get more focused during my "productivity" hours and at the same time be able to take some time off for "me time"... How do you manage?

Not a problem! I find that planning ahead helps to keep my day as organized as possible to fit everything in that's needed. Of course things come up and I get off schedule here and there, but for the most part I am able to get tasks done while finding "Me Time" and time for my family. Thanks again for reading & commenting.
