To have a successful business, it’s not enough to simply acquire lots of customers. You need to retain them, and to retain them you need to make them happy. Measure your customers’ happiness levels, and look at those numbers closely. Determine what makes happy customers, and what doesn’t, and adjust your business model accordingly.
