Sorry for the late reply. I typically don't check bizsugar messages. When the weather is bad, delivery essentially shuts down and for some reason people shop less. Everytime there's a snow storm or hurricane, we get less orders.

I think the community is so lucky to have this kind of behind-the-scenes look at a successful ecommerce operation like yours. I'm really hoping members (especially those interested in ecommerce) read every bit of this report. I did have one question, however, and maybe I missed the explanation in your post. I know you're a real analytics guru, so maybe this information comes from your numbers. But can you tell the community how an ecommerce site can be affected by inclement weather? That line really stuck out at me and made me wonder. Thanks. It would be much appreciated!
