Creating and building a business is not a one-man show. It requires a team effort, or at least the ability to build trust and confidence among key players, and effectively communicate with partners, team members, investors, vendors, and customers. Martin - great, concise description of the learned skills for an entrepreneur and every business owner - well done. I find 3 critical natural talents include accountability for others, accurate listening, and balanced decision making, along of course with a strong talent for leading others and practical thinking.
