Your first point here is so important. Developing the proper culture is the key. In fact, we might go far as to say it's half the battle. Because the right culture will lead innovation and set expectations better than any inspiring speeches to the staff or oft repeated mantras. Heather: I agree with your view. Business culture is the key. The culture should be integrated through the whole organization and not only on paper. The journey starts with answer the question why you are in business. Have you see the movie, "Happyness"?
