You should know that FreshBooks is not a free service. Yes, you can get a free trial, but then there is a monthly fee.
Other music resources are pandora.com and last.fm.that I've found. A great CRM is freecrm.com. And if you're looking at setting up affiliate programs, while e-junkie.com is not free, they will manage your program quite nicely for $5 a month as well as run your shopping cart.
