This happens to me all the time: I get so focused on an outcome/result/idea, I don’t want to change direction.
PDCA – After the planning comes the doing part, right? It's about pushing results, execution, linearity... Action is great; I don’t want to advocate to stop and smell the roses, BUT I think we need to be more open to possibilities.
