I read a good amount of material about executive leadership coaching programs. I figure if I’m going to practice as an executive coach I ought to understand what’s available in the marketplace. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not interested in discrediting all the great executive coaching or leadership coaching programs (or coaches) available. On the contrary, there’s a lot of very high quality approaches and practices available, and more importantly, certain coaches are great for certain clients.
