Great article. Any business is highly dependent on its customers. Traditionally, smaller businesses were thought to be better able to understand their customers' needs, simply because their size made it easier. Knowing, understanding and predicting what your customers want - and will want in the future - is vital to the success of small to medium-sized enterprises. And CRM is the key. Thanks for sharing.
