I found punctuality interesting - and it certainly must apply to weddings. In some fields of one-of-a-kind hand-mades, the artisan's work is so highly thought of, and so sought after by so many people, that they may have a waiting period of several years before delivery is possible. There is a Czech swordsmith, Patrick Barta, who fits into that category. He not only makes all parts of his historically accurate swords by hand - involving many disciplines beside hand-forging pattern-welded blades the old way - he even makes his own steel from scratch (no bar stock or recycled truck springs used).
