Simple and to the point, however, I think it might be helpful to expand a bit on the meaning of "quality Tweets." Share info from all over the Web but try to focus on your niche. Don't repeatedly post to articles from your own blog only...even if they are helpful. Observe an 80-20 balance with much of the stuff being from elsewhere. Also, I think the "please RT" idea will backfire in some cases. Can't I make up my own mind whether what you are sharing is important enough to Retweet?
