I'm excited for you and it seems like you three are going to be helping a lot of people and making lots of changes for the better. :)

I can totally relate to your pet peeve of receiving poor support from help desks. I HATE calling help desks, specifically tech help desks, because I know that 9 times out of 10 they're not going to give me the run around and not be able to solve my problem.

It seems like most tech help desks give poor support, doesn't it?

That's why I usually try to do all that I can to find the answer myself and I'm usually able too when it's concerning something with my computer or software. Google and YouTube are great helpers. :)

This is my first time visiting your blog, Barry, and I'm loving what I've seen and read so far. I’ll be sure to share this piece with my social circle. I’ll also comment and share it with the BizSugar community.
