About Us pages are ten a penny and most are pretty bland, as if written by the company historian. Here I look at what goes into making an effective About Us page referencing a few great examples.

Hi Graeme,

I'd argue the best "About" page tells audiences what's in it for them. What can they expect from your site? How will it help them? Answer this question correctly, provide content that follows through on your promises and they'll be back again and again.

graemebengeseo you wrote a great aritlce with nice examples, but I have to agree with Heather. I have my About page setup like she explained and it works.

Thanks
