This is so true man and, i can't agree more. Every business owner needs a blog because just as you said, its one of the best and most effective ways to get the words out there about your products and services and, any business owner that does not have a blog for his business yet is greatly missing out. Yes Val, every business should be running some sort of blog to engage with their customers, even if it's something smaller like a photo blog. I think the bigger issue when it comes to businesses and blogging is that it can take a long time to generate any sort of ROI from it and they just don't have the time or patience to see it through. Sounds like an e-course in the making! Cheers Val
