Ever since the term “Marketing Mix” was coined in 1953 by Neil Borden in his American Marketing Association presidential address, the term has become the norm amongst marketers. The 4 P’s of marketing that define the Marketing Mix are: Product, Price, Place, and Promotion. That is, the product you are selling, the price it will be sold at; where you can sell your product; and how to promote it or advertise.
