The attached article references an extremely important survey for small business owners. The survey found that only 15% of consumers questioned had not used the Internet to find a local business. 27% of consumers admitted to using online reviews when evaluating local businesses.
The study also found a significant link between positive reviews and a consumer's willingness to try a local business. Have a read for yourself. This just continues to show how important it is for small businesses to A) deliver a great customer experience and B) remain aware of what people are saying about that business online.
