How often do you look to extend the customer relationship outside of just the transactions? It’s something that I feel many people are definitely waiting for more companies to do, especially since your customer is now so reachable on multiple online platforms. They are just waiting for us to build a more knowing, liking and trusting relationship, but it takes effort outside of the day-to-day work. Good tips here and when you look at them they are pretty simple to do and can make a big difference. I would add one tip and that is to refer or recommend their business if applicable to help them grow.
