Thanks for the review. All 10 laws are probably good to remember when setting up a Website, but, I think my favorite would have to be number one. It's amazing to me how some businesses give so very little even though they expect so much from customers. And on the Internet, of course, this attitude is positively fatal. What advice would you give small business owners when it comes to using this first law in their Web presence?
