First off, the best thing you could possible wrap your brain around, is that you should stop treating your guest posts as link building! The great and early SEO pioneers used to build links before Google even recognized them as a way to rank web sites. Why? Because links have good uses besides building up the number of back-links to your site! Not realizing this simple fact will slow the progress and value of your web site down tremendously. Guest posting is like a mother saying to her growing child “If you don’t have anything good to say, then don’t say it at all!” – or in the case of guest posting, at least wait until you do.
