I question the consumer research %'s for local businesses because there is no viable electronic way to count all the walk-ins & people who've known about or gone to the local businesses for years. I think the statisticians can only accurately gage what's happening online (via "web analytics"), so the figures are inflated. If a business is opening a mile & a half from where I live, I do NOT need to research it online - I can check it out on FOOT!
