When you first start a business or decide to launch a website or blog for personal use, the first thing that you need to do is decide what you want the domain name to be. For a business, it makes the most sense to use the business name or a memorable variation of the business name. Avoid keyword rich domain names since those now are viewed as “spammy” to the search engines. Once you decide what the domain name should be you need to make sure it is available, and then register the domain. There are lots of hosting companies that sell domain names and you can even find rates as low at $0.50.
