This is a great post, Chris. I loved the way you broke down the content creation process in a way that would work for both parties. You mentioned in your post that if a person knows a lot about a topic, they love to talk about it or may find it easier to talk about it than write about it. I think that may be true for most, but not particularly for me.

I know a lot about traffic generation, but I find it much easier to write about it rather than talk about it. Even though the writing process takes longer, I feel like I can get my point across better in writing and better express myself. However, one thing that I will be focusing on more in 2013 is doing more video, I don't care about being in front the camera, it's my ability to effectively express what I want to say that I have trouble with. I hope to work to improve this over time.
