Thanks, Martin. I followed Chris for a very long time. He once had a traveler blog that was fun. But I think it got a bit distractive for his main purpose. I read blogs from smart biz people like Chris and Jay Bear that both write about the Customer Experience. Though their eyes are primarily from an outside perspective. I believe will also need some inside/out perspectives. We need a good mix from both sides to help Hotels move in the right direction.
