Negative Ned? That's a new one on me. Anyway, Joel, I think the question of whether or not the economy is getting better depends very much on who you ask. I'm not sure that means someone's lying either. It seems unlikely to me that the economy will return in the same form it disappeared in last year's melt down. This means there will be winners and losers. Some things will never be the same again. So if improving means going back to the way things were, I guess it's not going to happen.
