While most Americans agree that skilled labor is necessary for nation-building- and innumerable other more mundane things - fewer and fewer people are taking up technical trades.
The problem is such that a lot of positions are harder to fill and it's getting tough finding a fully-rated mechanic, or even a decent tailor.
