What's probably most interesting about this is that it's also a good way of evaluating potential and existing clients. It's always best for an entrepreneur to evaluate business relationships in two directions. There are problem clients out there! When building a business, any client seems like a good one. But many issues may cause a deterioration in the relationship. Your points are all 100 percent valid. But remember, they should all pertain to your client as well. Be sure to always evaluate both your conduct and that of your client when considering whether the relationship benefits not only their business but yours.
