Hiring college students to work in your business, learning the ropes, is a rite of passage for students and small business owners alike, and can give you access to the energy, enthusiasm and tech skills of young people who can contribute a lot to your business.

These companies are definitely taking advantage of the economy to exploit interns. Really, it's a shame, because they're cutting off their own noses to spite their faces--if they chose to add value to the internships they would, in turn, cultivate employees with the experience to add value back to their companies. What do you think?
