Ships today use third party developed nautical charts that are regularly calibrated to ensure the safe navigation of waterways. It stands to reason that companies would also benefit from independent analysis to ensure they are operating at maximum efficiency and are following the right course. To me, that is the Board’s responsibility and good governance.
