In today's lawsuit-averse culture, it seems most companies in nearly all industries have or will receive a complaint or investigation inquiry at some point. However, only 5% of applicants for our 2010 small business award have ever received a complaint or been the subject of an investigation. They all happen to have decent workplaces, which is no coincidence when it comes to this statistic.
