Good piece of article. But one thing about your confusion/nervousness point which i will mention that confidence building for interviews can only be gained through series of interview's experience. As It's a natural thing that you might be confuse in your first or second interview. With the passage of time when you will be able to go through no of interviews, confidence building will automatically improve.
